6. Pricing and Fees: The first year of vendor registration is free. Starting from the second year, annual registration fees will be applicable. Additionally, JungleInd.com may apply a variable commission on sales, considering factors such as product type, promotional efforts, and market demand. Details of these fees will be communicated to vendors by JungleInd.com and may be adjusted with prior notice.
7. Returns of Defective Products: Vendors are responsible for handling returns of defective products. If a product is defective or not in conformity with what was purchased by the buyer, the vendor must accept the return and refund the buyer in accordance with JungleInd.com’s return policies.
8. Customer Service: Vendors are responsible for addressing customer inquiries, including returns of defective products, promptly and efficiently. Providing excellent customer service is essential for maintaining a positive buying experience on JungleInd.com.
9. Prohibited Activities: Vendors must not engage in activities that violate laws or JungleInd.com’s policies, including fraud, copyright infringement, and the sale of prohibited items.
