    Refund or store credit for the value of the damaged product.

6.Exclusions: Damages caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow product care instructions. Normal wear and tear.

7. Return Process: If replacement or return is approved, JungleInd.com will provide instructions on returning the damaged item.

8. Miscellaneous: JungleInd.com reserves the right to update this damage policy without prior notice. Decisions regarding eligibility for compensation or replacement are at the discretion of JungleInd.com.
