1. Damaged Product:Â Any item available on JungleInd.com that has sustained physical harm, defects, or is not in its original condition. Customer: Refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a product from JungleInd.com. Reporting Period: The timeframe during which customers can report damages, typically [3] days from the date of delivery.
2. Reporting Damages: Customers are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery. If a customer receives a damaged product, they must report it within the Reporting Period. To report damages, customers should:

- Provide the order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photographs.
 3. Inspection Process: Upon receiving a damage report, JungleInd.com will initiate an inspection process to verify the reported

process.
4. Responsibilities:
- Report damages within the specified Reporting Period.
- Cooperate with JungleInd.com during the inspection process.
5. Compensation and Resolution:
    Eligibility Criteria:
- Damages reported within the Reporting Period and confirmed through the
inspection process. - Damages not caused by customer misuse or negligence.
Compensation Options: - Replacement of the damaged product.
Refund or store credit for the value of the damaged product.
6.Exclusions: Damages caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow product care instructions. Normal wear and tear.
7. Return Process: If replacement or return is approved, JungleInd.com will provide instructions on returning the damaged item.
8. Miscellaneous: JungleInd.com reserves the right to update this damage policy without prior notice. Decisions regarding eligibility for compensation or replacement are at the discretion of JungleInd.com.
